Case study: Randstad Relaunch


Human forward – this has been Randstad's new brand promise since October 2017. This was accompanied by a complete overhaul of the brand image. Spirit for Brands supported the relaunch of the brand in Germany with demand-oriented solutions: Guidelines, internal media, explanatory animations, a roadshow.


Within six months, the entire external appearance was changed and all relevant processes were redesigned or adapted to current requirements. At the same time, employees were informed of the changes and trained in their use. 



Case study: Deutscher Reisering 


The challenge:

The Deutscher Reisering brand stands for a service network of independent, medium-sized travel agencies. In the course of the brand's success, the range of professional services offered by the network has grown significantly, but the brand itself no longer reflected this fact. So it became necessary to reconcile the network's performance with the brand's visual identity. But how?


Our solution:

In joint workshops, we developed a self-image for the Deutscher Reisering brand, on the basis of which we defined a brand positioning. This positioning was translated into a new corporate design and other important elements of brand communication. Implementation aids for internal brand management complemented the services of Spirit for Brands.


Result:
